How we’re supporting the workforce of the future
We have seen first-hand the challenges facing organisations in a modern work environment, from legacy systems to higher employee expectations. Our work helps organisations simplify and transform their HR offering, so that they can place people at the heart of everything they do.
HR outsourcing
This HR outsourcing contract comprises of Payroll, first line HR Query Management, Employee Relations, Case Investigations and Advice. It includes end-to-end support for 26,000 public sector employees. The initial transformation programme covered multiple stakeholder needs and had a high degree of physical and logistical security requirements. All of which has led to 16 years of quality service at ISO9001 standard.
Payroll managed services
We provided a five-year contract for an FCA regulated UK firm, which required a high degree of payroll accuracy. Our partnership approach included changing the underlying HR system that interfaces with our own payroll solution. We piloted an audit against ISAE3402 to ensure audit assurance with our payroll controls.
Recruitment support and payroll services
During a 10-year contract with a major NHS Trust, we provided recruitment support, first-tier HR query management, and fully managed payroll services for monthly and weekly paid employees. Working in true partnership with their HR team demonstrating ongoing agility to support the Trust across a number of organisational changes and challenges.
